Under this contract, TAPE will continue to support the Regular Army, the Army National Guard, Army Reserve, the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Forces Command (FORSCOM), the Army Special Operations Command and other Army Commands by developing and allocating training resources that support the Army’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) submissions to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Congress.
