New Exec to Drive Strategic Growth, Federal Defense Market

Mar 28, 2025 (SPRINGFIELD, Va) Technical and Project Engineering, LLC (TAPE) is proud to announce its hiring of Chuck Anderson as Chief Operating Officer.

TAPE today named Army Retired Major General Chuck Anderson as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. Mr. Anderson will also serve as TAPE’s Chief Growth Officer in the Federal Defense Market. In this role, Mr. Anderson will lead the company’s strategy, operations and business development.

Chuck Anderson has over 46 years in leadership experience directing the operations of complex organizations ranging in size from 400 to 21,000 people. In industry, Chuck has a history of planning, coordinating, and conducting operations world-wide with emphasis on Training, Security, Facility Services, Engineering, Enterprise IT, Aviation, Medical Care, and Logistics. The new COO commented, “I’m happy to be on TAPE’s team to be able to make an impact in the federal defense services market”
