(WBB) a contract with a $68.6 million ceiling to provide business management support services (BMSS) for the Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) enterprise. The multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (MA-ID/IQ) vehicle has a three-year base period with two three-year options.
