October 3, 2025, SPRINGFIELD, VA – Technical and Project Engineering, LLC (TAPE), a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned Small Business, today announced the promotion of Charles (Chuck) Anderson from Chief Operating Officer to President.

Anderson joined TAPE as COO earlier this year, bringing over three decades of leadership experience in government services, defense, and global operations. In his new role as President, Anderson will oversee all aspects of company operations and growth, with a continued emphasis on delivering innovative solutions for federal government clients and expanding TAPE’s commercial resale sector.

Under his leadership, TAPE recently launched Landit, its first resale product, designed to help Veterans, active-duty service members, and their families with career preparation, job searches, and training. Additional commercial markets will be added before the end of the year.

Anderson has an extensive background in defense and government services. Before joining TAPE, Anderson served as President and General Manager at VSE Corporation and as Senior Advisor with Bernhard Capital Partners. Previously, he was President of PAE’s $2.2 billion global business, overseeing operations in 72 countries, and was Senior Vice President at Vectrus, where he led worldwide IT, logistics, and infrastructure programs. He is also an Army veteran, retiring as Major General, after serving as the 1^st Army Division West Commander, at Fort Hood, Texas.
