Oct 1, 2025, ALEXANDRIA, VA — Technical and Project Engineering, LLC (TAPE) is proud to announce that it beat out 25 competitors to win a contract with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) to provide Field Operations Business Operations support.  TAPE, a leading provider of Program/Project Management, Resource Optimization, Cybersecurity Operations, and IV&V services, proudly supports DCSA’s mission across multiple divisions nationwide. TAPE will fulfill the contract requirements in partnership with All Native Group.
