Department of Homeland Security Support

The majority of TAPE’s U.S. government civilian agency work, both past and present, supports components of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Currently, we support two DHS agencies on task orders through government-wide acquisition contracts.

TSA VETS 2 Cybersecurity

TAPE continued it long history in supporting the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) with the recent award of its first Veterans Technology Services (VETS) 2 task order. We provide consulting services to conduct information security, risk, and vulnerability assessments of TSA information systems for the Information Assurance Division (IAD) in Arlington, Virginia. This work includes both information security program management and subject matter expertise. IAD is TSA’s IT security oversight activity and manages the activities needed to protect the TSA IT infrastructure.

USCIS PACTS II Field Office Support

In our second award as a subcontractor to Sciolex Corporation on the Program Management, Administrative, Operations and Technical Services (PACTS) II vehicle, TAPE provides field office support services to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in New York City. This work consists of mail distribution management; file creation, audits, and maintenance; and naturalization ceremony support.

ICE VETS 2 Workplace Resource Scheduling System

TAPE continued it long history in supporting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with the September 2020 award of its third Veterans Technology Services (VETS) 2 task order. We are joining with AgilQuest Corporation to provide an on-demand workplace resource scheduling system to the Office of Asset and Facilities Management for a future ICE office in Irving, TX. The Forum cloud-based, software-as-a-system platform supports OAFM’s Workplace Transformation Initiative and will increase ICE employees’ workplace choices by enabling them to reserve a workspace that best meets their needs. OAFM is responsible for safely and sustainably acquiring and maintaining ICE space. This technology services and management consulting work demonstrates TAPE’s ability to help government agencies adapt to the potentially permanent changes to the Federal Government workspace due to COVID-19 and other factors.
