A pioneer in deploying the Department of Defense’s first conversational AI projects, he has demonstrated how agile, small defense contractors can drive impactful innovation in emerging technologies.

With more than 40 years of experience as a technologist, he has led modernization efforts across applications, compute, storage, networking, and virtualization, helping organizations adopt secure, scalable, and efficient operating models. His career began during the personal computer revolution, providing early technology solutions to Fortune 50 clients, and has since expanded into enterprise consulting for both commercial and government sectors.

Throughout his career, he has overseen high-performance teams in software development, architecture, solution delivery, infrastructure services, and cloud adoption. At TAPE, he focuses on leveraging technology to expand customer capabilities, deliver measurable outcomes, and ensure lasting value.
