
Charles "Chuck" Anderson
President
Charles (Chuck) Anderson serves as President of TAPE LLC, bringing over three decades of leadership experience in government services, defense, and global operations. Previously, he served as TAPE’s Chief Operating Officer. Before joining TAPE, he served as President and General Manager at VSE Corporation and as a Senior Advisor with Bernhard Capital Partners, where he guided strategy for building government services platforms.
He previously served as President of PAE’s $2.2B global business, overseeing operations in 72 countries across logistics, infrastructure, aviation, engineering, and medical support. Earlier, as Senior Vice President at Vectrus, he led worldwide IT, infrastructure asset management, and logistics programs.
A retired U.S. Army Division Commander, he commanded eight brigades and 48 battalions responsible for training more than 114,000 Reserve Component, Air Force, and Navy troops for global missions. His military and civilian career reflects deep expertise in mission readiness, large-scale program management, and delivering innovative solutions that support national security objectives.
Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, as well as master’s degrees in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College, business administration from Long Island University, physical education from Indiana University, and systems management from the University of Southern California.
