TAPE supports Apogee Solutions at Fort Liberty in helping the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) provide input to the Army Training Models (ATM). This work provides analytical support to developing funding requirements for USAR’s collective and individual training at Army Headquarters and subordinate commands.

We provide decision support analysis and recommendations across all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process, operating tempo data from the field, and detailed statistical data to support USARC training requirements for Program Objective Memorandum and budget submissions. The USARC ATM work complements our continuing work on the main ATM contract, of which it was part of from 2007 to 2020.
