Alexandria, VA. – Technical and Project Engineering, LLC, (TAPE) announces the hiring of Ms. Debbie Gallop as Vice-President of Finance overseeing the TAPE financial and accounting department.
To further its goal of continuous process improvement, TAPE is especially proud to bring aboard Ms. Gallop and her 30-plus years of deep and diverse experience in government contracting, manufacturing, insurance, non-profits, and other services.
TAPE CEO Louisa Long Jaffe says, “After two and a half years of the isolation brought on by COVID, it is so refreshing to have a top-notch VP of Finance who not only is all inclusive with her own team, but also interdepartmentally. We welcome Debbie!”
Previously, Ms. Gallop has served in such roles as a VP of Managed Accounting Services (MAS), Financial Director, Controller, Regional Financial Analyst, and Accountant. Ms. Gallop says, “For a small business, TAPE is very well-organized, more than I am accustomed to. TAPE is going to grow significantly in the coming five years because of our investments in business development. And with the exciting innovations that James Arko, our new COO, plans to implement, the future of TAPE is limitless.”
Among her first duties, Ms. Gallop plans to implement Deltek’s Costpoint System for TAPE, which enables the company to streamline operational project accounting.
