TAPE Awarded $4.1M TSA Task Order Under VETS 2 Government Acquisition Contract (GWAC)
Alexandria, Va. – Technical and Project Engineering, LLC (TAPE) announced today that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Information Technology, Information Assurance & Cybersecurity Division (IAD) awarded the company a task order on the Veterans Technology Services 2 (VETS 2) vehicle. The task order has a one-year base period of performance with three one-year option periods for a total potential value of $4.1 million.
IAD is TSA’s IT security oversight which manages activities needed to protect the TSA IT infrastructure. TAPE and its subcontractor Dogwood Management Partners, LLC (Dogwood) will provide services to conduct information security, risk, and vulnerability assessments of TSA information systems. This work includes both information security program management and subject matter expertise.
The newly awarded task order is TAPE’s first under the VETS 2 IT support vehicle, which is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).
